What to do if something changes
Shipping times can shift during holidays, weather events, or customs processing. Tracking links usually update after the carrier scans the parcel into the next checkpoint.
Address changes
Contact support as quickly as possible if the shipping address needs to change. Once the order has been released to the carrier, edits are much harder to make.
- Include the order number in the first message.
- Share the corrected address in the exact format it should appear.
Delivered but missing
If the carrier marked the order as delivered but the parcel is missing, check safe-drop locations and nearby delivery points first, then contact support.

- Include the delivery date and the shipping address used.

Limited tracking means the tracking page may show only major checkpoints instead of every carrier handoff. Updates can pause between scans, especially while a parcel is moving between facilities or being transferred for local delivery. You may sometimes see extra detail on external parcel-tracking websites by entering the same tracking number. Free shipping options with limited tracking can take up to 30 days.
